The actual change in between linear velocity at the posts and at the equator yields a unique sensation called the Coriolis effect. The effects is usually least complicated to help create in your mind if you think in relation to a person aiming in the planes immediately with the Northern Scratching post from your equator. Since the planes maintains the side velocity of the equator, it seems to help challenge with regards to the Globe as it techniques the slower shifting posts.

The difference between linear speed at the poles and at the equator produces an interesting phenomenon called the Coriolis effect. The effect is easiest to visualize if you think about someone setting out in a plane straight for the North Pole from the equator. Since the plane retains the lateral speed of the equator, it appears to curve with respect to the Earth as it approaches the slower moving poles.
